The contract term for all price models is 12 months. A one-off onboarding fee of €1,299 is due directly upon conclusion of the contract. Services outside of this flat rate are charged separately at a rate of EUR 150 per hour based on the time required.
The monthly usage fee will only be billed once the productive environment is utilized (“after successful go-live”). All prices on this page are exclusive of sales tax. The fees charged by the respective PSPs are not included in the usage fees and are part of the individual contracts between the PSP and you as the customer.
