We are collana hive, a software company based in Hamburg and Flensburg in Germany. As a spin-off of MAC-IT Solutions, we benefit from over two decades of experience and expertise in e-commerce gathered by MAC through their ERP system, DiVa.
Due to numerous testimonials and customer feedback from MAC, it became clear that the integration of payment options often posed difficulties during the implementation process. If something didn’t function as expected, both revenue and the error rate in transactions could be negatively impacted.
That’s why we at collana hive have focused on simplifying this process and offering an appropriate solution.
